Then we would work on physical therapy - he didn't just hand me a piece of paper with illustrations on it, he actually showed me how to do the exercises, did them with me, and corrected my form. It was manual therapy and adjustments and cracking and all kinds of great procedures to get my back and hip feeling better. Each visit took between 45 minutes to an hour.  His wife, Dr. Jolene Spina, is also a chiropractor and works in the front office and with the patients as needed.
